Return and exchange

At Twerdowsky, we value every experience you have with our products. Here's how we take care of your comfort when it comes to returns and exchanges.

The buyer can exchange or return unused goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Goods subject to exchange or return must be unused (not bearing signs of use), clean, free from odors, complete, original with intact packaging, label and attached proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). The goods should be returned in a cardboard box, properly secured.

Return procedure:

1.Properly secure the products for transport and add proof of purchase to the shipment (receipt). The returned goods cannot bear traces of use and should have all tags and the original manufacturer's packaging.

2.Download and fill out the withdrawal form, then put it in the package. You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to withdraw.

3.Send your parcel via a courier company. Parcels sent cash on delivery, via Poczta Polska or Inpost parcel locker will not be collected by us. The cost of the courier service related to sending back the returned product is borne by the Customer.

Please return the returned item to us immediately at the following address:

but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.

Please note the parcel tracking number (you can track the shipment status) and be sure to keep the original parcel shipping confirmation.

4. Refund of payment for the order will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return shipment.
The refund will be made in the same manner that the Customer used to pay for the order.

Replacement procedure:

If the product meets your expectations, but unfortunately the size is not right, do not worry.

1. Send us a request for exchange via e-mail to: info@twerdowsky.pl

2. Send back the product that requires exchange along with the completed return form and receipt. Complete all actions described in the return procedure. Remember that the returned goods cannot bear traces of use, cannot smell of washing powder or perfume, and should have all tags and the original manufacturer's packaging.

3. Once we receive the returned product and the completed returns form, we will refund the funds to your account.

4. Place a new order for the right size product. This way you can be sure that the new product will be perfectly suited to your needs.
